OVERVIEW

Working as Full-Time Customer Solutions Consultant (m/f/d), you will be expected to grow and prospect several large multi-site local and strategic account customers. The successful candidate will have strong passion for sales and the ability to make corporate level sales calls and presentations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Developing and executing a sales plan focused on key account acquisition, that results in a minimum of 4 contracts per year or $2 million in new revenue
  • Prospecting and selling to potential key account customers organized around industry verticals
  • Tracking all sales related activities utilizing the Microsoft Dynamics guided sales process
  • Meeting and building relationships with high level contacts at potential key accounts
  • Working with internal stakeholders to build consensus around sales strategies for key accounts
  • Executing RFPs/RFQs and negotiating contracts
  • Participating in high level sales, negotiation, and finance trainings
  • Working directly with a dedicated Lead Development Specialists and other key departments
  • Knowledge and utilization of PROA, CRM, Power BI, and other business performance tools
  • Work with various departments in presenting and documenting cost savings, local business reviews, and price related KPI’s

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

  • A valid driver's license and the ability to meet our driving record requirements
  • Possess at least 2-3 years of experience in sales or account management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Polish and English
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Highly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented
  • Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
  • Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel at least 35% of your time

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Possess or are working towards a degree in Business/Marketing OR have related industry experience and knowledge of the local market
